Examples are given to illustrate the main results Sat, 01 Jan 2022 00:00:00 GMT http://dspace-su.server.ly:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/133 2022-01-01T00:00:00Z http://dspace-su.server.ly:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/128 التحديات التي تواجه البحث العلمي في الجامعات الليبية من وجهة نظر اعضاء هيئة التدريس بها وسبل تذليلها عيسى, امحمد عمر امحمد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة التحديات التي تواجه البحث العلمي في الجامعات الليبية من وجهة نظر اعضاء هيئة التدريس بها. ، ومحاولة تقديم مقترحات لتذليل المعوقات التي تواجه البحث العلمي في الجامعات الليبية . وتحقيقاً لأهداف الدراسة ، وللإجابة على تساؤلاتها فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة ، مستعينا باداة الاستبانه كوسيلة لجمع البيانات من الجامعات عينة الدراسة ، وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج كان من ابرزها: جاءت التحديات المجتمعية كأحد التحديات المساهمة في ضعف البحث العلمي في الجامعات الليبية في المرتبة الأولى ، وربما يعزى ذلك لعدة أسباب من أهمها : اعتماد مؤسسات الدولة طيلة تاريخها الطويل على استيراد التقنية والخبرة والاستشارات من الخارج والتعاقد معها حسب نظام تسليم المفتاح ، وهذا السبب جعل من الجامعات الليبية قابعة داخل أسوارها معزولة عن مجتمعها المحلي ، وركزت على الوظيفة التدريسية دون سواها ، وجاءت التحديات المرتبطة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس كأحد عوامل ضعف البحث العلمي في الجامعات الليبية في المرتبة الثانية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس عينة الدراسة ، وكان من أهم أسبابها : قلة توافر المعامل ومستلزمات تشغيلها، والتي من شأنها أن تساعد الأساتذة على القيام بأبحاثهم العلمية، وجاءت التحديات المرتبطة بالجامعة كأحد العوامل المؤثرة في ضعف البحث العلمي في المرتبة الثالثة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة ، وكان من اهم اسبابها :ضعف الوعي لدى الإداريين ومتخذي القرار في الجامعة بقيمة البحث العلمي كأحد وظائف الجامعة في حل المشكلات المختلفة . Some of these variables are language aptitude, personality, motivation, learning strategies and learning styles. The main aim of this paper is to investigate one of the individual variables and attempts to explore the effects of this variable on learning procedures of a single language learner of English. The variable which is under investigation is cognitive style. A quantitative and a qualitative research method were employed to collect the data for this study. The results showed that the participant is a wholist learner where she prefers to look for the general picture in order to understand and complete the learning task in hand. This tendency, however, appears to be true with receptive skills only (i.e. listening and reading). On the other hand, the participant seems to change her preferred style (i.e. be more analytic) to finish the tasks that relate to productive skills (i.e. speaking and writing). Some pedagogical recommendations were proposed at the end of this article such as the application of multimodal approach in classroom is widely recommended to maximize students' potential and achieve the desired teaching effect by combining their learning styles and teaching tasks.
