Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية على رأس مال العلاقات بالمصارف التجارية الليبية الخاصة بمدينة بنغازي، كما اتّبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واستخدمت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن ممارسة سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية، ورأس مال العلاقات جاءتا مرتفعتين، كما أوضحت الدراسة أن سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية وأبعادها تؤثر على رأس مال العلاقات، كذلك كشفت الدراسة أن أكثر أبعاد سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية تأثيراً على رأس مال العلاقات تمثل في السلوك الحضاري، وأخيراً قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التي يؤمل إتباعها لتعزيز مستوى رأس مال العلاقات، وتعضيد سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية في المصارف التجارية قيد الدراسة

The study aims to identify the impact of organizational citizenship behaviors on the relational capital at private Libyan commercial banks in Benghazi The study adopted a correlational descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was used for data collection. The study concluded that both the practice of organizational citizenship behaviors and the levels of relational capital were high. Furthermore, it also showed that organizational citizenship behaviors and its dimensions affect relational capital. Moreover, the study revealed that the dimension of civic virtue in organizational citizenship behaviors had the most significant impact on relational capital. Finally, the study presented a set of recommendations hoped to be followed to enhance the level of relational capital and strengthen organizational citizenship behaviors in the commercial banks under study.
