dc.description.abstract	صار (التغير المناخي Climate Change) منذ عقود مصطلحاً علمياً متداولاً في جميع المحافل الدولية والملتقيات العلمية والسياسية والثقافية بوجه عام، خاصة بعد تطور وسائل التواصل الإعلامية والفضائية والمواقع الاجتماعية. ولكن هناك إحساس بأن مصطلح (التغير المناخي) لازال مبهماً وغير واضح في تعريفه ومفهومه وخطورته ومسبباته وتأثيراته كافة. وللتعرف على مدى استيعاب الجمهور لهذا المصطلح ومعرفته بأهميته وتداعياته ومعلوماتهم عن اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية بشأن تغير المناخ (UNFCCC)، تم إعداد استبيان يتكون من (25) سؤالاً مغلقاً حول "التغير المناخي والبيئة في ليبيا" وتوزيعه بمدينة طرابلس، يرتكز على المحاور الآتية: 1- مدى اهتمام الجمهور بظاهرة (التغير المناخي وما مصادر المعلومات العلمية الصحيحة حولها. 2- تحديد مستوى استيعاب الجمهور لآثار وانعكاسات ظاهرة التغير المناخي) والتدابير المقترحة حيالها. 3- التعرف على رغبة الجمهور في الإسهام ودعم النشاطات والأعمال عند التعاطي مع (التغير المناخي). ومن خلال تحليل عينة الاستبيان المدروسة تم الحصول على عدة مؤشرات مهمة تتضمن معلومات تعكس بعض تصورات وأراء الجمهور، والتي يمكن الاستفادة منها لبناء برامج توعوية وتثقيفية شاملة عند تناول قضية (التغير المناخي) وتداعياتها البيئية والاجتماعية. وهذه الورقة العلمية تستعرض أهم نتائج الاستبيان وأبرز المؤشرات البيانية التي تم استنباطها من خلالها، وتقدم عرضاً لعدد من الرسومات البيانية التي تبرز توجهات الجمهور وثقافته حول التغير المناخي.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	or decades, “climate change” has become a scientific term circulating in all international forums and scientific, political and cultural events in general, especially after the development of media and satellite communication and social sites. But there is a feeling that the term (climate change) is still vague and unclear in its definition, concept, danger, causes and effects. In order to identify the extent to which the public understands this term and its knowledge of its importance and repercussions, and their knowledge about the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), a questionnaire consisting of (25) closed questions on “climate change and environment in Libya” was prepared and distributed in Tripoli, based on the following topics: 1- The extent of public interest in the phenomenon of (climate change) and what are the sources of correct scientific information about it. 2- Determining the level of public understanding of the effects and repercussions of the phenomenon (climate change) and the proposed measures in this regard. 3- Recognizing the public's desire to contribute and support activities and businesses when dealing with (climate change). By analyzing the studied sample, several important indicators were obtained which include information that reflects some of the public's perceptions and opinions, of the public sample which can be used to build comprehensive awareness and educational programs when dealing with the issue of (climate change) and its environmental and social repercussions. This scientific paper presents the most important results of the questionnaire and the most prominent graphic indicators that have been deduced through it, and shows a number of graphs that highlight the public's attitudes and culture of climate change.	en_US
