Abstract:-
One of the necessities of sustainable development is to achieve justice among the
groups of society in the distribution of natural resources to ensure the continuation of
the development process, through three dimensions: Economic institutions are the
main partner in sustainable development through their social responsibility towards
all their workers, customers on the one hand, and the society and the environment in
which they are active on the other hand, and this research comes to clarify the role of
civil society and its various institutions in the processes of sustainable development,
and the mechanisms that can be adopted in order to embody them on the field, and in
practice, we find that civil society that exercises its social responsibilities and
contributes to achieving sustainable development should respect the Environment,
Enrich social dialogue, improve working conditions, respect the environment, respect
Human rights, commitment and responsibility towards the local community,
contribution to local development, dialogue with stakeholders, adherence to
international standards related to social responsibility, and sustainable development.
