The study aimed to identify the impact of entrepreneurship in achieving
sustainable development goals from the viewpoint of employees in Misrata Medical
Center (MMC). The study adopted the descriptive analytical method. We formulated
four hypotheses to achieve this goal, and identified the study population among the
employees of Misrata Medical Center (MMC). Using the stratified random sample,
the designed questionnaire form was distributed; to test the study hypotheses,
SmartPLS3 and SPSS Var. 24 were used. The study found that entrepreneurship is
positively related to sustainable development by analyzing the direct relationship
between the variables. The study concluded, through analyzing the direct relationship
between the variables, that the dimensions of sustainable development represented by
initiative, risk, creativity and innovation are positively related to sustainable
development, and eventually, a set of scientific recommendations were presented to
enhance and improve the achievement of sustainable development goals in Misrata
Medical Center (MMC), the subject of the study.
