This study aims to explore the impact of sustainable leadership on investment
in human capital within Libyan airlines operating in the city of Benghazi. To
achieve this objective, the study adopted a descriptive-correlational approach
and employed a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The
analysis was conducted using the SPSS program, applying both descriptive
and inferential statistical methods appropriate to the study’s objectives. The
findings revealed that the levels of both sustainable leadership practices and
investment in human capital were high. Moreover, the results demonstrated a
significant impact of sustainable leadership on investment in human capital.
Finally, the study presented a set of recommendations intended to enhance
sustainable leadership and strengthen investment in human capital within the
airlines under study.
