| dc.description.abstract | Abstract :\ Sustainable development is a generational phenomenon and a humanitarian goal aimed at constructive change in various fields in a way that achieves public benefit at the lowest cost, the fastest possible means, and the best quality; However, in light of the development of human societies, the evolution of lifestyles, and the increase in the rate of society's demand for resources, the amount of pressure on countries and governments to meet public needs has increased in light of the problem of the relative scarcity of resources, which is controlled by several determinants, the most important of which is the variation in the prices of production factors from one country to another and the growing volume of play that the ecosystem suffers from in light of the random exploitation of environmental materials This necessitated the need to rationalize development options, given that development does not stop at the limits of development and modernization, but rather good development is that development capable of controlling the amount of changes in quantity and quality. Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies were an alternative to improving development plans and mechanisms, rationalizing development options, and rationalizing consumer behavior in a way that enhances state capacity building and gives environmental resources an opportunity for spontaneous renewal in the ecological system. | en_US |
