حماية المكونات البيئية من التَّلوث من مقاصد السُنَّة النَّبويِّة

Abstract

خلق الله الخلق لحكمٍة بالغة، وجعل الإنسان خليفةً، وأجزل للمصلحين الأجر، وللمفسدين العقاب؛ لتبقى .] الحياة كما أراد، وازن بين الموجودات كلها بقدر وعلم﴿ إِانَّ كُل شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ ﴾]القمر: 94 امتدت يد الإنسان لاستنزاف موارد البيئة ليحقق الرفاهية؛ لأنه خُلق هلوعًا، دون التفكير أحايين كثيرة فيما يلحقها من مضار، وفيما ستؤول إليه الحياة، في ظ ل ذلك ألحق بالبيئة ضررًا جسيمًا، وهو التالوث الذي أصاب كل شيء حتى طاله ذاته، وطال متطلباته الضرورية، وصار التالوث مشكلة عالمية يئن منها الجميع. لم يقفا التاشفريع منهفا متفرجًفا، ف فَّفاءت السُفناة النابويِفة عاف فةً عليهفا، مراعيفة لمكونَّ فا ولمواردهفا؛ لتحقفق الحيفاة الآمنفة للنفاك، وكافافة الكا نفات. فتحديفد المففاهيم: البيئفة وعناصفرها ومكونَّ فا، وأسفباب تلولهفا، ون فرة السُفناة فا - باعتبارنَّ مسلمين موضوعٌ واسفعٌ تباينفف فيفه الفرتق وتقاربفف سفعيا منهفا لإوفاد الحلفول، وعفرت الإشفكاليات، ففيفه - أحاول البحث. Abstract Allah created the creation for great wisdom, and he made the human being caliph. He rewarded the reformers abundantly, and the corrupters with the punishment; so that life may remain as he wanted, balance all existences with measure and knowledge. The human being's hands stretched out to drain the resources of the environment in order to achieve well-being; because he was created anxious, often without thinking many times about the harm that it causes and what life will become. As a result of this, he has inflicted grave harm on the environment, namely pollution, which has affected everything, even the very essence of the environment and its essential needs. Pollution has become a global problem from which everyone groans. The legislation did not stand by as a bystander. The Prophetic Sunnah came to protect it, taking into account its components and resources, to achieve a safe life for people and all creatures. Defining environmental concepts, its elements and components, the causes of its pollution, and the Sunni view of it - as Muslims - is a broad topic in which visions have varied and converged in an effort to find solutions and present problems. I will attempt to research this.
